Today I'm doing a guest post at Christine's Words where I'll promote my novel SOUTH BEACH and I'll give some of my insights on how you can stop sabotaging your chance to be loved by a real man. Infatuation is heart pounding and exhilarating, dating is fun and breathtaking, but committing to loving someone can be a little terrifying if you’re doing it right. In my novel, SOUTH BEACH, Gary Ryley believes Laila Sheridan plays too many love games to be capable of loving a real man. He’s watched her pick the wrong types of men to date, flirt with countless number of others, while always keeping the vulnerable parts of herself hidden from view. It’s the classic stance of the commitment-phobic and it takes a lot of people to make her understand saying you want true love and actually being ready for it are two different things. With summer love in the air, most singles are gearing up to take another approach to finding ‘the one’ and I’m here to give you some tips so you can stop sabotaging your chance to be love by a man that worthy of you. Visit Christine's Words to read the rest of my post on how to increase your chances to be loved by a real man.

Today I'm doing a guest post at What Readers Want where I'll promote my novel SOUTH BEACH and I'll highlight the AMB Ovation Awards (The Angie), an award that recognizes outstanding achievements in the multicultural romance literary profession. Unlike traditional awards that carry more romance industry notoriety, like the RITA, I founded a fan-based platform to increase awareness of the growth of the Multicultural/Interracial/African-American romance genres. These reader-based awards serve to remind writers their fans appreciate their efforts. Visit the What Readers Want website to read the rest of my post about the Angie Award. I’m wishing everyone a Happy 4th of July. Take time to celebrate the birth of our nation and remember the sacrifices made for our freedom. It is also a time to recognize that we would not be able to have our cookouts and watch fireworks if our country’s military had not sacrificed to protect our Constitution and its forerunner, the Declaration of Independence. Enjoy the video tribute from to our troops from Quick Cable posted below. Today I'm doing a guest post at Margo Hoornstra's Writing Inside and Out website where I'll talk about my novel SOUTH BEACH and the importance of taking a getaway with your close girlfriends. Femencation is what Laila Sheridan calls them; it’s her term for a luxury getaway with some very dear old friends. Enjoying a girlfriend getaway can make husbands and boyfriends a little nervous because women have been known to get a little daring when they are around their women friends. We all know when you place some fun-loving women in a new environment, almost anything can happen. In my novel SOUTH BEACH Laila Sheridan, Sofìa Barea-Vega, and Marina Carter are old college friends looking to forget their problems in trendy South Beach Miami. Rejuvenation is on the agenda and nothing can promote emotional and physical health better than bonding with gal pals. Visit Margo Hoornstra's website to read the rest of my post which features the benefits of packing your bags and getting away to travel with your best girlfriends: |
